We are beauty junkies and are obsessed with makeup.
We are figure-it-outers and are deeply invested and passionate about what we do.
2. We believe in creating great products.
We love when things are done right and are made right. And we believe beauty and individuality go hand in hand.
With those things in mind, we have created luxurious beauty that looks amazing on you, no matter what color your skin is and no matter what skin type you have.
We use good-for-you ingredients like Coconut Oil (not only for eating!), Shea Butter, Rice Bran Oil, and Vitamin E in all our products. And we stay away from the icky stuff - no Parabens, no Phthalates, no Gluten, no Synthetic Flavors, and no Synthetic Fragrances. Plus, all our products are Cruelty-Free and Vegan.
3. We're all about making the world a better place.
We think world peace would be awesome too.
While that's a big task to undertake, we're doing our part to empower women to feel more confident and make amazing changes to their lives.
For every lipstick you purchase, we donate a portion of sales to three great charities helping to empower and uplift women and girls.
All our employees also get 2 Days of Joy to volunteer at local nonprofits and help the communities around us.
4. We create our own rules.
They told us we couldn't just have lipstick.
They told us we couldn't just be online.
We listened (politely) and then did it our way anyway.
The result: our first launch sold out in 3 weeks.
Now we're back for some more fun.
5. 100% is not good enough for us.
We give 150% in everything we do and then some.
We're obsessive about exceeding expectations and going above and beyond for you, everyone around us, and ourselves.
