ORDERS & SHIPPING
We process and ship orders from our warehouse Monday through Friday. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days (M-F) of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Shipping may take longer during product launches. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the shipping email.
Once an order has been placed, we can’t edit or cancel the items within the order. However, we can edit your shipping address up to 1 hour after your order has been placed.
Please email our Customer Care team within 1 hour of placing your order by clicking HERE. Be sure to include the order number. Please note we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process.
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS.
Currently we only accept orders for delivery within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience! But we are working on shipping internationally, so please check back here frequently.
At Plum & York, we’re proud to not test our products or ingredients on animals, or ask others to test on our behalf! Our Company is dedicated to the elimination of animal testing on all cosmetic products and ingredients!
We accept payments from all major credit cards.
Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply promotion codes to any orders.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift cards. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter just in case we decide to offer this option in the future!
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Unfortunately, our Customer Care team is unable to assist you with any Plum & York purchases made at third party sites. Please reach out to the third party sites for more information on their return policy!

Confirmation emails are typically received shortly after an order is placed. If you do not receive your confirmation email right away, don’t worry! Your confirmation email may experience a delay if your order was placed during a period of high order volume, such as a new launch or promotion.
